Lemon and Himalayan Salt Bars

These lemon scented salt bars are handmade by me in Kent. Salt bars (also known as "spa bars") are long lasting soaps with a high salt content, which gives an unusual but luxurious lather, and a high superfat so that it is still gentle on the skin. They contain pink Himalayan salt, may contain clay for a silky feel or activated charcoal, and like all my soaps, they happen to be Vegan and Orangutan friendly.

Did you know you can use this soap as shaving soap? The spa bar lather gives a nice close shave and can be applied directly, cutting down on bathroom clutter, or with a brush if you prefer. This saves on buying aerosol cans.

All hand made soaps should be kept dry between uses, but you may find your salt bar gets a little bit sweaty by itself. A soap dish is highly recommended ;-)
