Rosemary Salt Bar

Rosemary is a herby rather than floral scent. It is handmade by myself in small batches in Kent's Sunshine Corner. Salt bars (also known as "spa bars") are long lasting soaps with a high salt content, which gives an unusual but luxurious lather, and a high superfat so that it is still gentle on the skin. It contains green French clay, activated charcoal and Himalayan salt, giving it a neutral grey colour, and like all my soaps, it is Vegan and Orangutan friendly. It can be used as a shaving soap as well as ordinary soap - the lather is generous and allows a close shave.

All hand made soaps should be kept dry between uses, but you may find your salt bar gets a little bit sweaty by itself due to its humectant (moisture attracting) properties. A soap dish is highly recommended ;-)
